Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Acute Care Surgery OR Nurse Director will oversee 120 FTEs across assigned areas.
The RN Director of Surgical Services has oversight of budgetary needs, hiring and firing of staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, and leading quality improvement initiatives.
The Acute Care Surgery OR Nurse Director is also responsible for helping establish the new Interventional Radiology suite and Outpatient Surgery Center scheduled to open in the coming months.
